フロントパイプに大口径φ35ステンレスパイプを採用。
テストを繰り返した結果、ベストな位置でフロントパイプを集合させ、
全域において出力性能の向上を図りました。
フロントパイプには熱と強度対策にステンレス材を採用しています。
排気効率と軽量化の追求。
エンジン下2-1部からテールパイプにかけては大口径チタンパイプを採用し、
触媒による抵抗の軽減や排気効率を考慮しています。
新排ガス規制に対応するため、排気効率の良い大型触媒を内臓したにも関わらず、
ノーマルマフラーに比べ、トータルでは大幅な軽量化になっています。
フロントからテールまでエキパイ部の大口径化は、
見た目にも迫力のあるデザインになるようレイアウトしました。
ワンランク上のOVERサウンド。
大排気量のオートマチック車特有の不愉快な加速音を、
450mm長のサイレンサーの採用や内部構造の改良により、
ロングツーリング時にも心地の良いボリュームへ抑え、
マフラーサウンドが楽しめるような音量と音質に設定されています。
Adoption of Large Diameter Pipes:
The front pipe features a large diameter φ35 stainless steel pipe.
Through repeated testing, we have optimized the positioning of the front pipe to improve output performance across the entire range.
The stainless steel material is chosen for the front pipe for its heat resistance and strength.
Pursuit of Exhaust Efficiency and Lightweight Design:
From the engine's 2-1 section to the tail pipe, a large diameter titanium pipe is adopted, considering the reduction of resistance caused by the catalytic converter and exhaust efficiency.
Despite incorporating a large efficient catalyst to comply with new emission regulations, the overall weight reduction is significant compared to the stock muffler.
The enlargement of the exhaust system from the front to the tail is laid out to achieve an impactful design.
Elevated OVER Racing Sound Experience:
To minimize the unpleasant acceleration noise typically associated with large-displacement automatic vehicles, we have incorporated a 450mm-long muffler and made improvements to the internal structure.
This ensures a pleasant volume and sound quality, allowing for an enjoyable muffler sound even during long touring trips.
